Teresa A Licamara, CPA*/ABV, MBA, CIRA

Ms. Licamara is currently a manager at Barbee & Associates, Inc. and has been an associate since 2003. Ms. Licamara concentrates on providing bankruptcy, litigation and forensic analysis services primarily to Creditors and Bankruptcy Trustee's in the Southern District of Florida and the Southern District of New York. Services provided include business valuations, determination of solvency/insolvency, asset tracing, collateral review for secured creditors, management advisory services, forensic analysis and investigation related to preference/fraudulent transfers and defenses thereof, assisting with claims adjudication, liquidation analysis and bankruptcy related compliance reporting for Federal Courts. Ms. Licamara has also rendered opinions in Expert Reports filed with the Federal Bankruptcy Court and U.S. District Court related to solvency/insolvency issues.

Prior to joining Barbee & Associates, Ms. Licamara was employed as a consultant at a local public accounting firm for several years, where she concentrated on providing bankruptcy, litigation and forensic analysis services to Debtors, Creditors, Bankruptcy Trustee's and State court appointed Receivers. Ms. Licamara also conducted forensic investigations in conjunction with receiverships of the Security and Exchange Commission.
